Max Crowley

Max Crowley joined Uber in August 2011 as employee #25, where they launched and built the company's Chicago market and later developed Uber for Business, working closely with the Chief Business Officer. They served as CEO and Co-Founder of Bandit from 2019 to 2021, followed by a role as Vice President of Merchandising and Chief of Staff to the CEOs at Gopuff from 2021 to 2025. Max is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Kalshi and hosts a podcast called The Early Podcast, while also having briefly served as Vice President of Partnerships at Polymarket in 2025. Prior to their time at Uber, Max worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture from 2009 to 2011.
