Mitchell Cole

Mitchell Cole is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical services and support management. Currently serving as the Senior Tech Services Manager at Kaluza since September 2022, Mitchell has successfully built and expanded the Tech Services team and extended support operations to Australia. Prior to Kaluza, Mitchell held various roles at OVO from February 2015 to August 2022, including Application Support Manager, where responsibility included managing a team and implementing improvements, and Enterprise Technical Specialist, where several Gsuite migrations were led. Early career included positions such as IT Support Analyst at Brislington Enterprise College and Field Service Engineer at Getronics, providing foundational IT support and customer service expertise. Educational qualifications include A levels in Information Technology and related subjects from Saint Brendan's 6th Form College and 10 GCSE's from Broadlands Secondary School.
