קמא-טק הינו מיזם ללא כוונות רווח שנוסד על ידי מוישי פרידמן (מנכ"ל) וזיקה אבצוק (סמנכלי"ת בסיסקו ישראל) במטרה לסייע לשילוב חרדים בהייטק בשלושה ענפים:
1 סיוע בהכשרה והעשרה, במסגרת זו פועל המיזם בשיתוף מכללות וגופי הכשרה להענקת הכשרה ממוקדת על פי דרישות התעשייה.
2 ליווי מועמדים להשמה, בשיתוף למעלה מ-100 חברות מובילות, עוברים המועמדים סדנאות הכנה ייעודיות וליווי מלא עד להשמה.
3 עידוד יזמות באמצעות תחרויות, הרצאות ממובילי התעשייה בארץ ועוד. גולת הכותרת הינה האקסלרטור ליזמים חרדים שזכה שנתיים ברציפות בפרס גיקטיים
