Prashant Anand is an experienced compliance professional with a robust background in financial institutions, serving in various leadership roles since 2003. Currently, Prashant holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer (MLRO) at Kamel Pay, starting in August 2024. Prior to this, Prashant was the Head of Compliance (MLRO) and Fraud Management at Al Maryah Community Bank from January 2023 to April 2024, and the Head of Compliance and MLRO at Ahli United Bank (DIFC) from August 2021 to December 2022. Throughout a distinguished career, Prashant has also contributed to Mashreq in multiple roles, including Head of Compliance and MLRO for Qatar, and has held significant compliance positions at Noor Bank and ICICI Bank. Prashant obtained an MBA in Finance from Shivaji University between 1993 and 1995.
