Roman K.

Roman K. has a diverse work experience in software engineering, with a focus on XMPP-based Instant Messaging platforms and Wi-Fi identification systems.

From 2014 to 2016, Roman worked as a Software Engineer at Matrix, where they developed server-side software for an XMPP-based IM platform and also served as the main system administrator for the platform servers.

In 2016, Roman joined Karma as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of an XMPP-based IM platform with a focus on security and privacy. Roman also provided consultation on the XMPP protocol.

In 2016, Roman also started working at Eltex Enterprise Ltd as a Software Engineer. Roman was involved in the development of an Enterprise Control System for telecommunications hardware and later joined the team that developed Eltex's own Wi-Fi user identification system named Captive Portal. In 2018, they became the Development Team Lead for the Captive Portal project, focusing on stability, performance, and architectural changes.

Most recently, Roman joined Kameleoon as a Software Engineer in 2021.
