Allana Jiang has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they were a Customer Service Advisor at Salmat. In 2018, they were a Customer Service Representative at The Gateau House. In 2019, they worked as a Graphic Designer at both TEDxAuckland and Green Lane Research & Educational Fund. Since 2020, they have been a Customer Success Engineer at Kami, where they help transform documents into an interactive and more collaborative learning experience.

Allana Jiang earned a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design from the Auckland University of Technology in 2019. Allana also obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in November 2019, one for UX Design: 1 Overview and one for UX Design: 2 Analyzing User Data.
