Paul Leah

Paul Leah, FPAP®, currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Kami, leading key initiatives such as forecast leadership, Center of Excellence for bookings recognition, and compensation planning since August 2025. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Senior Manager, FP&A at HireVue, where significant improvements were made to financial forecasting methods and planning tools. Earlier career experiences include positions at AdvancedMD as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where Paul led a team on a substantial budget project and automated reporting processes, and at Economics Partners as Senior Financial Analyst, overseeing a team and multiple client projects. Paul began the professional journey as a General Contractor and has held various internships, including at Ancestry and Maverik, Inc. Paul earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Utah Valley University.
