Conrad Tappert

Conrad Tappert, ICD.D, is a consumer-centric leader with an exceptional track record for delivering superior results within multi-stakeholder environments. They are the Chief Executive Officer of Kamik Canada Inc. and have previously held senior roles at CCM Hockey, Converse (Nike), The North Face, Speedo, and The Benetton Group, with private equity-backed experience that led to successful exits. They bring extensive commercial expertise in business development, wholesale, licensing, and direct-to-consumer across global brands, with a deep understanding of omnichannel retail and governance; they have served as a private investor since 2011. They are pursuing the ICD.D designation at the Institute of Corporate Directors and are pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing with a Finance minor at Concordia University, in addition to Directors Education Program at Rotman and executive education in Digital Marketing at Columbia University.
