Tom Mavrikes

Tom Mavrikes is the managing partner at Kamis. Tom has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.

Tom started their career in 1992 as a technical recruiter for ATSI/The Experts. Tom then moved to Technical Software Solutions in 1995, where they worked as a technical recruiter. In 1998, they joined Modis as the managing director of the Laurel office.

Under Tom's leadership, the Laurel office became one of the most successful in the company. Tom grew revenue for the Laurel branch each successive year from 1995 to 2008. Tom also hired, trained and supported all sales, recruiting, and administrative staff.

In 2007, Tom was one of only three recipients of the Modis Leadership Award. From 2005 to 2008, they also served as National Account Facilitator for a large telecommunications client where the company reached 225 consultants on assignment nationally.

Tom joined Kamis in 2010 and has been the managing partner ever since.

Tom Mavrikes received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
