Alexander Arango

Alexander Arango is an undergraduate student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Health Promotion & Rehabilitation Lab under Dr. Chung-Yi Chiu, Alexander also works as a Security Guard at KAMS, where responsibilities include managing entry compliance and de-escalating conflicts. Previous experience includes a shadowing role as a Physician Assistant Student at Pain Therapy Associates, a Work Study Internship at Northwest Community Healthcare, and a position as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician II at ADVANCE MIDWEST MEDICAL SC, where skills in blood work communication and patient assistance were developed.
