Luca Bruschi

Luca Bruschi is an accomplished Business Relationship Manager and People Manager with over 25 years of experience in multinational companies. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Workplace at Kamstrup and the Head of Basketball Star Academy, Luca excels in bridging the gap between IT and business while mentoring teams to achieve their full potential. Previously, at The LEGO Group, Luca held various roles including Product Owner and Competency Lead, where they drove productivity and stakeholder management. Their expertise extends to significant project initiatives such as the Core Team of Bricks4Change, and they have also made impactful contributions as a public speaker at numerous conferences, including TEDx events. Luca holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Università di Pisa.
