Michaela Toneva

Michaela Toneva has worked in various roles since 2015. Michaela was a Call Center Representative at PROFI CREDIT Bulgaria Ltd. from 2015 to 2017, where they were in charge of interacting by phone with outside parties. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Sales Representative at T and T Global Ltd., an Assistant Marketing and Advertising at Muzeiko - America for Bulgaria Children's Museum, a Tour Guide at Art Gallery “Vladimir Dimitrov – the Master”, and a Marketing Expert and Business Development Specialist at Kanbanize.

Michaela Toneva has a diverse educational background. Michaela obtained their High School diploma from Math and Science High School in Kyustendil, Bulgaria in 2013. Michaela then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Strategic Planning in English from the University of National and World Economy, which they completed in 2017. Michaela then obtained a Certificate of Information Technology from the Technical University of Sofia in June 2013. In 2018, they obtained a Master's Degree in International Business from SMK University of Applied Sciences. Michaela is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Advertising Management from the University of National and World Economy, which they are expected to complete in 2020. Michaela has also obtained a Performance Marketing Expert certification from SoftUni Digital in 2022.
