Viktor M. began their career in 2016 as an Account Manager for Kuzmanov Retail. In 2018, they moved to Global Academy Place as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In 2019, they became a Realtor for Home2U International. In 2020, they were appointed General Manager for Grandstroi LTD. Currently, they are a Business Development Expert(Partnerships) for Kanbanize and a Business Advisor for Cevizli Bahçe. At Cevizli Bahçe, they re-started a business not operating since the first Pandemic and created a new online presence, Product Roadmap & concept that were consulted with the BO and successfully interpreted.

Viktor M. began their educational journey in 2013 when they attended the High School With Foreign Language Education "A. S. Pushkin" Varna, where they achieved a Secondary Education. During their time there, they studied Russian Language (B2), English language (C2), Marketing, and Consumer's Psychology. In 2018, they enrolled at the University of Economics - Varna, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In 2021, Viktor M. began a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Trakya University, which they are also expected to complete in 2022.
