Meg Harris is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as SVP, People at Kanbrick since April 2024, Meg previously held the position of VP, People at Ancestry, leading teams in HR business partnering, talent development, performance management, and talent acquisition. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Talent at AllianceBernstein and Global HR Business Partner at UBS, where Meg provided strategic HR guidance on diversity and inclusion initiatives, succession planning, and organizational change. Earlier in the career, Meg worked as an English Teacher at St James Language School in Prague and as a CLC Research Manager for the Corporate Executive Board. Educational background includes two Master’s degrees in HR Management from King's College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Wake Forest University.
