Hatem Enaami

Hatem Enaami serves as a Cybersecurity Program Manager at K&A Engineering Consulting, P.C. since July 2022 and concurrently works as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Rochester Institute of Technology, focusing on research in areas such as 5G, 6G, IoT, and various data compression algorithms. Previously, Hatem held multiple leadership roles including IT PM and CTO at OMNIALINE, overseeing the development of a B2B online travel management platform, and Assistant Director at the Central Bank of Libya, where responsibilities included directing IT functions and supervising significant national payment projects. Hatem’s career began at Libya Telecom and Technology, progressing through various engineering and project management roles. Hatem is currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology, having previously earned both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.
