Andrey Romanchenko has over two decades of experience in the software development and project management sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Department at Itransition Group since April 2004 and as the Head of PMO at Kanda Software since April 2009, Andrey has progressed through various roles, including Deputy Head of Department, Manager, and Team Leader at Itransition Group. Moreover, Andrey held the position of Team Leader at Intetics Co. from July 2001 to April 2004 and worked as a Developer at Rise Software in 2000-2001. Andrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics with a focus on Programming and Mathematical Methods from Belarusian State University, completed between 1993 and 1998.
