Steve Rodriguez

Steve Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Steve started their career at Cisco Systems in 2004 as a Team Manager, where they managed various administrative tasks and resources. In 2010, they joined Hewlett-Packard as an ITO Delivery Manager. After that, they worked at Janeiro Digital from 2012 to 2021 as a Director of Operations, overseeing company administrative objectives, strategy execution, and project delivery. In 2021, they joined 3Pillar Global as the Head of Talent LATAM, a role they held until 2022. Currently, Steve is the Director of Operations LATAM at Kanda Software, a position they assumed in 2022.

Steve Rodriguez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2001 to 2004. Steve then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica from 2009 to 2010. In 2012, Steve completed a Master's degree in Economics from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Strategic Decision and Risk Management, PMP, and CCNP Security.
