Richard Fleeman is the current COO at Kanda, where they help Tradespeople offer competitive finance, free up their time, and get paid faster. Previously, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of RF Electrical Services Ltd, providing state-of-the-art domestic and contractual electrical work. Richard holds a NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation from Stratford College and ONC in Electrical Engineering from Bromsgrove new college.
