At Kandor, we believe that a business is only as healthy as its people. We are dedicated to transforming workplace cultures by integrating employee wellbeing at the heart of business strategy. Unlike traditional approaches that treat wellness as an optional perk, we view it as a core function essential to the success and sustainability of any organisation.

Our innovative wellness activation platform offers tailored interventions designed to address the unique needs of each employee. By focusing on real challenges rather than generic solutions, we help companies close the growing gap between what employers provide and what employees truly need to thrive.

Kandor is committed to fostering open, honest conversations around mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Our mission is to reduce the stigma that still surrounds these discussions, aiming to create environments where employees feel supported and valued.

We work primarily with founder-led SMEs and mission-driven organisations, providing them with the tools and insights needed to enhance their employees' health, productivity, and overall satisfaction.

Join us in creating a healthier future for your business, where employee wellbeing is not just an add-on but the foundation of your company’s success.

Mission:
48% of people feel that their mental and emotional health needs are considered taboo. At Kandor, we aim to reduce that number to less than 10% by 2030. We achieve this by providing tools and education that empower companies to have open, honest conversations with their employees, positioning wellness as a core business function rather than an add-on.

Vision:
We believe in a world where employee health is placed at the heart of company culture.
