Most Workday implementations don't fail at go-live. They fail 6 to 18 months later. Position management breaks down, manual workarounds multiply, and your team is stuck in firefighter mode.

Kandor Solutions was founded by former Workday system owners from Google, Slack, and Coinbase who spent years living with the decisions consultants made and walked away from. We've seen what happens when knowledge transfer doesn't happen. We built Kandor to fix that.

Our 90-Day Workday Rescue framework diagnoses root causes, stabilizes broken processes, and transfers full ownership to your team. We specialize in position management, post-go-live optimization, and implementation advisory for organizations with 500 to 10,000 employees.

40+ implementations rescued. 73% average reduction in position data errors. 99% position accuracy. Our goal is to make ourselves obsolete. Get a free Workday Health Check at kandorsolutions.com.
