Stacy Smith, CMP has over 20 years of experience in the fields of marketing, event management, and communications. Stacy worked as a Senior Event Director at Destinations by Design, where they managed all aspects of events and designed unique experiences that aligned with clients' business goals. Before that, they were a Project Manager at Bath & Body Works, creating learning solutions and managing training tools for associates. Stacy also worked as an Account Manager and Director of Marketing Services at TriAd Marketing & Media, and as a Social Media Strategist at Allerton Hill Communications and Kane Learning LLC. Smith's earlier experience includes roles in internal communications coordination at Lucent Technologies and public information at Ohio Northern University. Smith is a CMP-certified professional, indicating their expertise in event management.

Stacy Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations from Ohio Northern University between 1994 and 1998. Prior to attending college, they attended Middletown High School from 1991 to 1994. Stacy also obtained two certifications, Certified Meeting Professional from Convention Industry Council in February 2006, and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from Events Industry Council in January 2006.
