Kaneko & Associates' mission is to provide strategic support in executive talent selection for client corporations. We recognize that professional talent is a corporate necessity, therefore, we provide close partnerships with our clients by offering them integrated services such as reports of market trends, analysis of competitors and executive selection advice, as well as recruitment and candidate placement.

Taking advantage of our wide network of resources, we scout for the best candidates one by one for each assignment. Our search services are based on retained, not contingency, contracts. This allows for far greater information and solutions to be procured, and creating stronger relationships with our clients.

K&A handles only top-level positions for global corporations and thus realizes that confidentiality is a high priority for our clients and our prospective candidates. We keep all information secure and private, conducting individual search assignments without the use of any mass medium or outsourcing service. Confidentiality is a key aspect of our company.
