Kangaroo Service was founded in Melbourne in 2004 as Kangaroo Service Pty Ltd, built to give the Indonesian community in Australia a faster, fairer way to send money home. In 2006, we established PT Kangaroo Ausindo in Indonesia, and in 2010 obtained our licence from Bank Indonesia (No. 12/55/DASP/18) — upgraded in 2021 under Bank Indonesia’s modern payment-system framework. Today, Kangaroo Service is AUSTRAC registered & licensed by Bank Indonesia, regulated on both ends of the corridor, serving families from Australia to 20+ destination countries — with 18+ years of experience and 10,000+ customers served.
