Corporate Retention Executive at Kangpe

Daniel Igwe has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniel started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at Jumia Group in May 2017 and worked there until February 2019. In this role, they collaborated with various stakeholders to develop and implement a customer engagement strategy and executed a subscription retention strategy.

Daniel then joined Reliance Health in May 2019 as a Reliance Care Officer. Daniel worked in this position until February 2021, where they provided customer care support.

After that, Daniel took on the role of a Corporate Retention Associate at Reliance Health from February 2021 to August 2022. Daniel was responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate clients and ensuring high levels of customer experience, as well as resolving administrative issues and improving customer retention.

Currently, Daniel is serving as a Corporate Retention Executive at Reliance Health, beginning in August 2022. In this position, they support a portfolio of VIP client accounts, ensures excellent customer service, manages a team, and prepares performance reports.

Daniel Igwe completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they earned a certification as a Certified Professional - Human Resource (IPMA-CP) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria in November 2021.
