Mark Delaney is the Head of Customer Success at Kani, where they manage a Customer Success team across Europe and oversee major accounts. Prior to that, they held key roles at Smiths News, Flex-e-card, and also supported the Morrisons buying team. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Leeds.
