Kanopi Contract Services are a specialist workforce engagement Partner. We fully understand the industry we work in and how what we do affects both our workforce and clients alike. We cover employment, self-employment and the more specific dual status option. We work with individuals and limited company contractors.

So why work with Kanopi…

How both our respective businesses earn our living puts us very much in the middle of a very complex area of tax and employment law. And as I’m sure you’re aware there is no sign of this changing and every sign of it only increasing.

As well as all the usual engagement rules like status/tax law, proof of right to work, Working Time Regs (including working hours, minimum wage rules etc) and auto-enrolment you also have the Section 44 Agency Regs, IR35, AWR and salary sacrifice expense rules to name but a few.

The Directors of Kanopi have over 45 years of experience and in respect of our key suppliers and partners we can individually show the same constancy and stability. Whilst Kanopi is a new company we can individually trace consistent relationships with directors of our legal and compliance advisors back as far as 2003.

Our industry specific accountancy partner for nearly as long. Our insurance broker even longer and we have, in some capacity, worked with the Relationship Manager of our pension provider for around 10 years.

We have a wide choice of compliant engagement options (dependant on contractual terms). This ensures we can engage in a way that best meets compliance requirements but in addition in a manner that best suits the individual.

We keep everything simple, transparent and use only clear language. This starts with our website layout and continues through all of our information and paperwork.
