Lay Chen is currently the Supply Chain Director at Kanpak LLC China, overseeing purchasing and import/export functions for a subsidiary of Golden State Foods USA. With over a decade of experience in supply chain management within the food and beverage industry, Lay has held various roles, including Senior Supply Chain Manager and Project Manager, where they developed expertise in procurement, logistics management, and vendor relations. Lay holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Tongji University and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
