Adrian Florence is the Head of Global Client Support & Success at Kantar, having established a global client support center of excellence since joining in 2020. With over 20 years of experience in operational and technology management, Adrian has previously held leadership positions at TVSquared and Kane, where a focus on client engagement strategies significantly improved retention rates and operational efficiencies. In addition to professional accomplishments, Adrian co-chairs the North America Inclusion & Diversity Steering Committee and co-leads the Global Employee Resource Group, fostering a culture of dialogue and respect across the organization. Currently, Adrian is pursuing a degree in Business Management at Long Island University.
