Cameron Baskey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience (CX) and insights analytics, currently serving as VP/Principal for North America Digital Insights and Analytics at Kantar since February 2020, where also holds the title of NA CX Lead. Prior to Kantar, Cameron worked at BMO Financial Group from 2013 to 2018 in various leadership roles, including Vice President for CX Client Leadership and Director of Customer Experience Insights, overseeing a team dedicated to enterprise customer experience measurement and strategy. Cameron's previous positions include Vice President at Hotspex, where responsibilities included revenue growth and client management, and Account Director at Bond Brand Loyalty, managing sales for the Market Research Division. Additionally, Cameron held the title of Vice President at MaritzCX, accountable for revenue generation in multiple sectors. Cameron earned an Honours BA in Psychology from Western University from 1989 to 1994.
