Cat Kidd is the Client Insight Director at Kantar, where they have been since 2019. With a background in both human resources and auditing at the UK National Audit Office, Cat transitioned into research and consultancy, building expertise in understanding customer perspectives across various sectors, including finance and hospitality. They hold a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Social Research Methods from the University of Surrey.
