Cloris Wang has extensive experience in human resources, working in key roles across various organizations. From September 2007 to April 2014, Cloris served as an HR Business Partner at General Motors. At VF Corporation, Cloris held several positions between January 2020 and September 2021, including Senior Director, HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific, where responsibilities included driving HR talent strategy to support business growth in China, managing the people agenda for the leadership team, and leading the China HR team. Prior to this, Cloris worked as a Senior HR Manager for Vans, focusing on developing the business strategy and employee engagement within the brand. Cloris also served as Director of HR Operations in China, driving operational strategies and improving HR processes. Since November 2021, Cloris has been the Chief People Officer for Kantar Insights Greater China, tasked with developing a strategic agenda to address human capital implications for business success in the region.
