Imma Bardés

Imma Bardés is the Global People Director for Product, Technology, and Transformation at Kantar, where they lead talent acquisition, development, retention, and performance management strategies. Bardés has a robust background in HR, having served as Regional HR Director for both Spain and Portugal, and APAC at Kantar Worldpanel. They previously held the role of People Development Director at TNS Worldpanel and have extensive experience in implementing talent strategies across multiple regions.
