Jon Beigbeder

Jon Beigbeder serves as the Head of Legal and Data Privacy at Kantar since June 2019, overseeing a team of three lawyers and managing legal and privacy functions within Kantar TNS-MB. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting a wide range of international contracts, providing advisory services on intellectual property, public law, and data protection, and collaborating with the Group legal department in the UK. Prior to Kantar, Jon Beigbeder worked at Orange as a Legal Counsel and Data Privacy Referent, focusing on contract negotiations and GDPR implementation. Additional experience includes roles at Thales Global Services SAS, CEVA SANTE ANIMALE, and Quiksilver Europe, all involving contract negotiation and legal advisory work. Jon Beigbeder is currently pursuing a degree in Avocat at EFB and holds a Master's in Fiscalité and Droit des Affaires from INSEEC Grande Ecole.
