Kritika is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in human resource management at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies - NMIMS, Indore. They have gained practical experience as a human resources intern at KAMCO CHEW FOOD PRIVATE LIMITED and Piramal Foundation, where they supported various HR functions. Previously, Kritika worked as a talent acquisition manager at TalentServe and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Banaras Hindu University, which they completed in 2021. Kritika is committed to developing their skills and aims to make a positive impact in the field of human resources.
