Loic Pean

Loic Pean is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client service and research operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Service - Growth Solutions in the Insights Division at Kantar since May 2020, Loic previously held the position of Director of Global Research Operations at J.D. Power from June 2007 to April 2020, where leadership of the Global Business Intelligence team was a key responsibility. Loic's career also includes serving as Research Manager at InsightAsia from April 2003 to May 2007, managing both quantitative and qualitative projects while achieving business targets and enhancing data quality standards. Earlier experience includes working as an e-Commerce Business Development Executive at Cetelem from June 2000 to June 2001. Loic holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology and a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School, alongside a preparatory program for business schools and a French Baccalauréat in the Scientific section.
