Nirasha Gareeb

Nirasha Gareeb is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing HR services and operational delivery across various roles within the Kantar group since June 2016. Previously, Nirasha held the position of HR Business Partner at TNS Research Surveys from May 2008 to May 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing learning and development, performance management, and recruitment processes. With a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (Cum Laude) and a National Diploma in Human Resource Management (Cum Laude) from Durban University of Technology, along with a Diploma in Business Management from IIE Varsity College, Nirasha has demonstrated expertise in organizational development, talent management, and employee well-being initiatives throughout a diverse HR career that began in 2004.
