Rita Chu is a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in the market research industry. They have held leadership roles, including Head of HR at Kantar Taiwan and HRBP Lead for Taiwan and Hong Kong, showcasing expertise in HR consulting, compensation, recruitment, talent management, and HRIS. Rita began their career as a Marketing Assistant at BASF and later served in various HR roles, including HR Executive at Ericsson and HR Specialist at BASF Taiwan. They pursued a Bachelor of Science in Public Finance at National Taipei University, which they continue to study.
