Rui Su

Rui Su currently serves as a Senior Director at Kantar since May 2022, following a role as Director at Ipsos from August 2018 to May 2022, where Rui led the development of the Customer Experience practice and emphasized human-centric client experiences. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Director for Customer Experience and Head of Social Intelligence & Analytics at Ipsos MORI, along with a Senior Research Manager role at Wine Intelligence. Public speaking engagements highlight Rui's expertise, with notable presentations at the Wines of Chile Conference and the London International Wine Fair.
