Laura Lafferty

Laura Lafferty is a Principal Consultant in Professional/Advisory Services at Kantata since December 2020, where responsibilities include engaging enterprise clients and enhancing product offerings to drive operational improvements through technology. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Director of Operations for North America and Australasia at Kinetic, overseeing operational functions and P&L management for territory expansion. Laura also held the role of Training and Implementation Manager at Kinetic, where training content was developed for diverse customer implementations. Additionally, Laura taught Hospitality Sales and Marketing as an Adjunct Instructor at Newbury College, creating curriculum plans tailored to various learning styles. Laura earned an M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education and a BSEd in French Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
