Mike Scott

Mike Scott has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike started their career in 1997 as a Regional Service Administrator for American Suzuki Motor Corporation, where they supervised a customer call center and implemented process improvements. Mike later transitioned to an Administrative Services Analyst role, handling the organization's commercial insurance policies and bonds. In 2004, Mike became the owner of Mike Scott Design, a building design business specializing in custom plans for residential and commercial projects. Mike managed plan submissions, marketed products/services, and engaged in industry events. In 2010, Mike joined Sprint as an Implementation Specialist, performing strategic analysis and management of public sector and major business accounts. Mike also conducted complex billing research and issue resolution. Currently, Mike is working at Kantata as the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering, responsible for overseeing the establishment of an operational system of record that facilitates the business lifecycle for professional and marketing services organizations globally.

Mike Scott has a Master of Arts degree in Management from the University of Redlands. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the same university. In addition, they have a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Southern California - Institute of Industrial Engineers.
