Trond Nymark

Trond Nymark is currently the Sales Manager at Kantega, an IT consulting company that values equal ownership among its employees. They co-founded Ildne AS in 2014, a recruitment and consulting firm that grew successfully until its acquisition by Technogarden AS in 2019. Trond has significant experience in recruitment, having contributed to the growth of the Kantega Bergen office. A former professional racewalker, they achieved world champion status in the 50 km walk in 2009 and draw from their athletic experience to promote long-term, systematic teamwork in both sports and business. Trond holds a master's degree in economics and management from Norges Handelshøyskole.
