Andrea de Meuron

Andrea de Meuron has extensive experience in governance, finance, and environmental management. Currently serving as Verwaltungsrätin at Energie Thun AG and Vorsteherin Direktion Finanzen Ressourcen Umwelt at Stadt Thun since January 2019, Andrea has also been a member of the Kanton Bern parliament since March 2014, demonstrating a strong commitment to public service. Formerly, Andrea held leadership positions in various organizations, including as Fraktionschefin der Grünen in the Kanton Bern and Geschäftleiterin at VCS Verkehrs-Club der Schweiz. With a foundation in project management and a background in environmental science, including roles at Empa and ROLEX, Andrea's multidisciplinary expertise supports their engagements in both professional and political arenas. Educational qualifications include extensive training in relevant fields from various prestigious institutions.
