Raphael Raetzo

Raphael Raetzo currently serves as Leiter Arbeitsvermittlung at Kanton Bern since May 2024. As Co-Founder and Advisory Board Member of Copacetic since September 2019, Raphael has been involved in the development of a startup in the sports technology sector. Prior experience includes serving as Bereichsleiter Kunden Service Center at Raiffeisen Gruppe from April 2020 to May 2024 and as Head of Customer Care at Billag AG from 2005 to September 2019, where Raphael also held the role of COO. Additional roles include Head of Contact Center at CallNet.ch (2007-2018) and Ressortleitung Information & Kommunikation. Raphael's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Rochester-Bern Executive Programs and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Customer Care Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.
