Daniel Studer is currently the Leiter Rechtsdienst des Finanzdepartements des Kantons Luzern, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as Abteilungsleiter Stab and Stellvertretender Amtschef at the Amt für Mobilität Kanton Zürich from 2022 to 2025. Daniel gained earlier experience as a juristischer Mitarbeiter at Kanton Schwyz from 2011 to 2021 and as a juristischer Mitarbeiter/Substitut at Reichenbach Rechtsanwälte AG in Zürich from 2007 to 2009. They are pursuing a Master of Law (MLaw) in Recht at Universität Luzern.
