Sam Friedmann

Sam Friedmann is an experienced consulting manager specializing in business architecture transformations, operating model design, and business process management. They have held significant roles at companies including Kapish, where they are currently the BPM Delivery Lead, and Capgemini Invent as a Process Excellence Manager. Sam has previously worked with Sonic Clinical Services as the Lead Business Analyst and KPMG Australia as a Senior Consultant. They earned a Master’s Degree from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Auckland, along with a Postgraduate Diploma from the same institution. Sam’s focus remains on delivering operational excellence and alignment between business processes and strategic goals.
