David Caputo

David Caputo is a Director at Kapitol Group. David has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry.

David started their career at Multiplex in February 2002 as a Regional Director. In this role, they oversaw a portfolio of construction projects and sat on the regional executive. David also supported new business and pre-project advisory services. David provided leadership to organisational IR, safety, training and HR functions. David was instrumental in developing and championing the Multiplex graduate programme.

In March 2018, David left Multiplex to join Kapitol Group.

David Caputo graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management.
