Shaun Winner

Shaun Winner is a highly experienced construction professional with a focus on supervision and project management in various high-profile projects. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Kaplan Construction since June 2025, Shaun has held similar roles at Shawmut Design and Construction, Columbia, and J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., where significant projects such as the full building repositioning at 880 Winter St and the lab/office space for BMR/Intellia Therapeutics were successfully executed. Prior to these positions, Shaun worked at Lee Kennedy Co., Inc., The Richmond Group, Vanderweil P&IDC, and Turner Construction, gaining extensive experience in complex construction tasks, including lab fit-outs, chemical storage facilities, and infrastructure projects. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, obtained between 2001 and 2005, and also began a career as a Field Engineer with Boston Water & Sewer Commission.
