Austin Hames is a seasoned professional in brand management and student engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager for Student Brand Ambassadors at Kaplan since September 2021. With a long-standing tenure at Kaplan Test Prep since November 2012, Austin has overseen the elite Student Brand Ambassador program, focusing on enhancing brand image and fostering leadership among college students across the US and Canada.
