Laura Dicht

Laura Dicht is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in course design and development. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Course Design and Development at Kaplan Test Prep since July 2019, Laura previously held the position of Manager of Online Program Quality at NYU Tandon School of Engineering from February 2015 to June 2019. In this role, Laura oversaw the quality of online courses, conducted evaluations, and implemented best practices. Laura's earlier experience includes positions as an Instructional Designer at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, a 2nd Grade Teacher at Jin Cai International School, and various roles in ESL education. Laura holds a Master of Arts in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University.
