Melissa King has extensive experience in customer engagement and account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Engagement Manager at Kaplan Test Prep since March 2011. Previous roles within the company include Senior Account Manager, Account & Implementation Manager for i-Human Patients, and Medical Programs Manager for Step 2 CS. Melissa began their career as a Music Therapist from August 2006 to August 2013, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Music Therapy from Montclair State University in 2007.
